FloosFlow supports 194 ISO 4217 currencies, including all GCC currencies (KWD, SAR, AED, BHD, OMR, QAR) with correct decimal precision. Kuwaiti Dinar, Bahraini Dinar, and Omani Rial use 3 decimal places, while other currencies use 2.
Absolutely! Once a client accepts your quotation, you can convert it to an invoice with a single click. All line items, discounts, and client information are automatically transferred to the new invoice.
FloosFlow comes pre-configured with GCC tax rates: Kuwait (0%), Saudi Arabia (15%), UAE (5%), Bahrain (10%), Qatar (0%), and Oman (5%). Discounts are always applied before tax calculation, following standard accounting practices.
Yes! You can send invoices and quotations directly via email with PDF attachments. You can also generate shareable links to send via WhatsApp or any other messaging platform.
FloosFlow supports all payment methods commonly used in Kuwait: Cash, Bank Transfer, KNET, Credit Card, Cheque, Payment Link, and WAMD. You can record partial payments and track payment history for each invoice.
Yes! You can record multiple partial payments against an invoice. The invoice status automatically updates to "Partial" until the full amount is paid, then changes to "Paid".
Yes! You can attach receipts, bank transfer confirmations, or any other payment proof to each payment record. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and PDF.
Yes! Link invoices and expenses to projects to see real-time profitability. FloosFlow automatically calculates invoiced amount, collected amount, expenses, and profit for each project.
Yes! The entire interface is available in both English and Arabic with full RTL support. You can also store client names and organization details in both languages for professional bilingual invoices.
Yes! On the Business plan, you can invite team members with different roles. Members can create and manage invoices, while Admins can also manage team settings and invitations.

Yes! You can connect Dropbox and/or Google Drive to automatically sync your invoices and quotations as PDFs. Documents are organized in folders by client for easy access.
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
