By accessing or using FloosFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

FloosFlow is operated by FloosFlow ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

2. Description of Service

FloosFlow is an online invoicing and business management platform that allows users to:

  • Create and send professional invoices and quotations
  • Track payments and outstanding balances
  • Manage clients and projects
  • Generate financial reports
  • Collaborate with team members

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Payment Terms

  • We may change our fees with 30 days' prior notice
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for advertising purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data. While we implement reasonable measures to protect Your Data, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FloosFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloosFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export Your Data before termination by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
